Our journey began in 2015 with a deeply personal challenge. Kumi Blanco—certified nutritionist, integrative medicine and wellness expert, and co-founder of Ambrosia Global—was faced with a devastating reality. While her father was recovering from colon cancer surgery, doctors also diagnosed him with early-onset dementia and kidney failure. The prognosis was grim. But Kumi refused to give up.
Drawing on her years of experience in holistic health, cellular nutrition, and functional medicine, she crafted a targeted wellness protocol designed to support the body at its core—focusing on cellular rejuvenation, mitochondrial repair, and organ optimization.
The results were profound and deeply encouraging. Kumi’s mission was clear: to help prevent the cancer from returning, slow the progression of dementia, and delay the need for dialysis as long as possible. Through her targeted wellness regimen, her father's vitality, cognition, and energy improved far beyond expectations. The cancer has not returned, the need for dialysis was delayed, and today he continues to enjoy a meaningful quality of life with dignity and strength.
What began as a mission to restore the health of her own family expanded into a vision to empower individuals and families everywhere to take control of their wellness journey.
From that moment, Ambrosia Global was born.
